SR 12813 also has a high affinity for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification and shows synergistic effects with taxol in mouse monoclonal antibody models. The molecular mechanism of SR 12813 is not yet known, but it may be an ubiquitin ligase or a toll-like receptor inhibitor.
