Description :
FX1 is a viral protein that is found in the cells of cancerous and non-cancerous tissues. This protein has immunomodulatory effects on the immune system, which may be due to its ability to bind to leukocyte antigens. FX1 can also inhibit the production of fatty acids and has been shown to be active against HIV infection when combined with other antiretroviral drugs. FX1's pharmacokinetic properties have been studied in vitro and in vivo as well as in humans, which have shown that it binds to peptides and is excreted through the kidneys, giving it a short half-life.
