Informations sur le produit
3-Hydroxy-3,4-dihydroquinolin-2(1H)-one is a vanilloid receptor ligand that has been shown to have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. It interacts with the TRPV1 channel in the body, which is responsible for regulating pain sensations. 3-Hydroxy-3,4-dihydroquinolin-2(1H)-one has also been shown to inhibit the transport of calcium ions across cell membranes. This inhibition leads to the activation of protein kinase C (PKC) and the release of inflammatory mediators from cells. 3-Hydroxy-3,4-dihydroquinolin-2(1H)-one binds to specific orientations in fingerprints and crystallographic structures.
