Description

GNTI is a long-acting, potent opioid analgesic that is used for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. It has been shown in animal studies to have a high brain uptake and an extensive period of action. GNTI has been shown to have a rapid onset of action, with plasma levels peaking within 2 hours of administration. In addition, GNTI has been shown to be effective in assays that measure its ability to modulate the activity of efflux transporters and opioid receptors.
