Description :
2-(2H-1,2,3-Triazol-2-yl)benzoic acid is a functional group that is used in organic synthesis. It can be synthesized from benzoic acid using the Grignard reaction with magnesium and 2-bromopropane. This process requires an excess of magnesium and 2-bromopropane to produce a compound with a high yield.
