Description

Tabernanthalog fumarate is a novel inhibitor of the receptor for Substance P. It is an ion channel blocker that blocks ion channels, which are pores in the cell membrane that allow ions to pass through. The binding of Tabernanthalog fumarate to these channels prevents the passage of ions and thus inhibits neurotransmitter release, thereby blocking pain signals from being sent to the brain. Tabernanthalog fumarate has also been shown to inhibit the activation of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors, which are involved in synaptic transmission and plasticity. This drug can be used as a research tool for studying protein interactions, pharmacology, antibody production, high purity life science products and peptides.
