Description

Methyl linolelaidate is a natural compound that has inhibitory effects on lipid peroxidation. This compound is a fatty acid and has been shown to have biological properties, such as the ability to inhibit the growth of bacteria in vitro. Methyl linolelaidate also has an inhibitory effect on the production of reactive oxygen species, which can be toxic to cells.
