Description

Trichlormetaphos-3 is an analog of Trichlormetaphos, a potent inhibitor of protein kinases that have been shown to induce apoptosis in cancer cells. It has been used in medicinal chemistry as an anticancer agent due to its ability to inhibit kinases that are involved in tumor growth and progression. Trichlormetaphos-3 has been tested on human cancer cell lines and has shown promising results in inducing apoptosis. It is excreted mainly through urine and can be used as a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment. This inhibitor has also been studied in Chinese hamster ovary cells, where it showed significant inhibition of kinase activity. Trichlormetaphos-3 may hold great promise for the development of novel anticancer therapies.
