• Description: VLX600 is a mitochondria-targeted oxidative phosphorylation inhibitor that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. VLX600 has been shown to significantly kill tumour cells by inhibiting the production of ATP, which is necessary for cell division. VLX600 also prevents the formation of reactive oxygen species, which can damage DNA and proteins and lead to cell death.
