Informations sur le produit
1-(3-Chlorophenyl)-5-ethyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid is a small molecule that inhibits protein kinase C (PKC) and blocks the activation of PKC in response to stimulation with phorbol esters. It is an inhibitor of PKC and has been used as a research tool for studying the function of PKC. 1-(3-Chlorophenyl)-5-ethyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid binds to the active site of PKC and blocks its ability to phosphorylate substrates. This inhibitory activity is reversible, so it can be used as a tool to study PKC activation by measuring enzyme activity following treatment with 1-(3-chlorophenyl)-5-ethyl pyrazole-4 carboxylic acid.
