Description :KGF 2 is a recombinant human protein that binds to the KGFR-2 receptor, which regulates cell growth and differentiation. It is a potent inhibitor of cell proliferation and has been shown to inhibit the growth of breast cancer cells in vitro. The KGF 2 peptide is synthesized as a fusion protein with six histidine residues on the N-terminus and two cysteine residues on the C-terminus. This product can be used as a research tool, as well as an antibody for immunodetection of KGFR-2 protein in tissue culture.
