Description

TGF b 3 Human is a recombinant protein that is produced in E. coli and purified to homogeneity. This protein contains the ligand, which has been shown to activate TGF b receptors, leading to the inhibition of cell proliferation and induction of apoptosis in human cancer cells. The receptor for this ligand has been identified as the type II receptor for TGF-b. TGF b 3 Human can be used as a research tool, pharmacology, or as an antibody for Western blotting or immunoprecipitation.
