Informations sur le produit
3-(4-Chlorophenyl)propiolic Acid is a hydrogen bond donor in organic chemistry. It is an inorganic base that can be used to convert benzonitrile into isoquinoline derivatives. 3-(4-Chlorophenyl)propiolic Acid has been shown to react with amines and form aziridines. This reaction mechanism is the same for terminal alkynes, which are carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). 3-(4-Chlorophenyl)propiolic Acid also has a fluorophore and can be used as a biomolecular probe to investigate how enzymes mediate reactions involving CCl4.
