Description

Direct Fast Brown BX is a reactive dye that is used in the textile industry. It contains an ethylene group, which reacts with potassium dichromate and irradiation to produce a brown color. Direct Fast Brown BX is also reactive with other compounds, such as cyanamide and ammonium compounds. The hydroxyl group on the molecule can be oxidized by ammonium compounds, resulting in a change of the fiber's color from brown to blue-green. Direct Fast Brown BX has been shown to have good resistance against washing, rubbing, and perspiration.
Direct Fast Brown BX contains vinyl ether groups that are activated by quaternary ammonium compounds to produce a rigid polymer network. This network provides stability for the dye molecules and prevents them from being leached out of the fabric during washing or use.br>br>
It is also important to note that Direct Fast Brown BX contains functional groups that are hydroxyl groups at the end of each molecule chain.
