Informations sur le produit
Tris(4-nitrophenyl) phosphate (TNPP) is a hydroxyl-containing molecule that is a potent serine protease inhibitor. TNPP has been shown to stabilize the active form of the serine protease, to inhibit the activity of phosphatases and phosphodiesterases, and to be an effective inhibitor of phospholipase A2. TNPP has shown anti-inflammatory effects in vitro and can be used as a treatment for Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections.
