Informations sur le produit
N-Furfurylbenzamide is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits enzymes in the cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase pathways. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of mouse melanoma cells, but not normal cells. N-Furfurylbenzamide has also been shown to decrease the viability of cancer cells in vitro by inhibiting extracellular matrix production and cell division. The molecular modelling of this molecule has also shown that it does not have a significant interaction with DNA or RNA, which may make it an ideal candidate for cancer therapy.
