Informations sur le produit
3,4-Dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran-2-carboxamide (3,4DHBC) is a synthetic compound that has been shown to have neuroprotective efficacy in vitro and in vivo. It has also been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells and to reduce insulin resistance. 3,4DHBC inhibits the production of dopamine by blocking the reuptake of this neurotransmitter into the presynaptic neuron. 3,4DHBC is a potent inhibitor of the dopamine transporter (DAT), with an IC50 value of 4 nM. This drug has also been found to have inhibitory effects on other amines, including serotonin, histamine, and noradrenaline.
