Description :
3-Chloro-4-methyl-6-phenylpyridazine is a pyridazine derivative that has been shown to have antagonistic effects against reserpine, a drug used in the treatment of high blood pressure. 3-Chloro-4-methyl-6-phenylpyridazine was found to be active in ipsilateral hemispheric rats, which were treated with butylamine and refluxed for 30 minutes.
