Lipoamido-dPEG®8-TFP Ester is a peptide that binds to the extracellular domain of human α-1,3-galactosyltransferase. It inhibits the enzyme by preventing it from binding to its substrate, N-acetylglucosamine. The Lipoamido-dPEG®8-TFP Ester has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of human α-1,3-Galactosyltransferase and can be used as a research tool for studying protein interactions with this enzyme.
