BCL6-IN-4 is an antibody that binds to the BCL6 protein and inhibits its function. This antibody is used as a research tool to study the function of BCL6 in various cell types, including epithelial cells, immune cells, and neurons. The antibody targets a region of the BCL6 protein called the Ligand Binding Domain (LBD) that is required for activation of other proteins by BCL6. The binding of this antibody prevents activation of these proteins and blocks the growth of cancer cells in culture.
