Informations sur le produit
Dichlororuthenium(II) is a bioanalytical reagent that is used to detect the presence of hexahydrate in water. It emits light when it reacts with 6-carboxy-x-rhodamine, a luminophore that can be detected at high-throughput using optical equipment. Dichlororuthenium(II) is often used as an indicator for other metal ions because its emission spectrum changes depending on the type of metal ion present. This chemical has been shown to have multiple functions, including being able to react with succinimidyl esters and succinimidyl isothiocyanates in order to generate carboxylate and thiocyanate groups, respectively.
