Informations sur le produit
1H-Indazole-4-carboxamide is a small molecule that inhibits the polymerase of human DNA. It has been shown to have nanomolar range of activity against divergens in both humans and immunocompromised patients. 1H-Indazole-4-carboxamide has also been shown to inhibit the adenosine diphosphate (ADP)-ribose polymerase, which is involved in the synthesis of DNA, RNA, and proteins. The drug has potential for use as a cancer chemotherapeutic agent or for treatment of cardiovascular diseases and nervous system disorders such as babesiosis. Furthermore, this compound may be useful for treating infectious diseases due to its ability to target cells infected with viruses and bacteria.
