Description

Fenbutrazate is a nicotinic acetylcholine receptor agonist that is used to treat autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis. It also has been shown to be effective against cancer in animal models. Fenbutrazate binds to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, which is located on the surface of mammalian cells, and reduces the production of inflammatory cytokines. This drug also has anti-viral effects and may be beneficial in treating metabolic disorders and viral infections.
