Informations sur le produit
- 5-(Trimethylsilyl)-1,3-Thiazole
5-Trimethylsilylthiazole is a thiazole that reacts with ethyl chloroformate to form an adduct. This adduct can then be hydrolysed by water to produce the carbonyl group and acyl chloride. 5-Trimethylsilylthiazole is a substrate for attack by chlorides and aldehydes, which can react with the carbonyl group to form an acyl chloride. The reaction of 5-trimethylsilylthiazole with chloroformates produces 2-chlorobenzoyl chloride.
