• Description: L-165,041 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that inhibits ATP binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1) and has been shown to inhibit oxidative injury in the model system. L-165,041 also has transcriptional regulatory effects on peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor delta (PPARδ). The synergistic effect of L-165,041 with other drugs has been demonstrated in the treatment of leukemia cells. In addition, L-165,041 has been found to have synergistic effects with leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) in the treatment of leukemia cells.
