Description :ST 198 is an antimicrobial agent that has been shown to be long-term treatment for humans. ST 198 is an experimental drug that is being developed for use in diagnostic tests for Neisseria meningitidis and other bacterial infections.ST 198 has been shown to inhibit the receptor activity of bacteria, including the n. meningitidis strain, which can lead to a decrease in the severity of symptoms and duration of illness if administered early during an infection.
