Informations sur le produit
- 2-Amino-3,5-Dinitropyridine
- 2-Pyridinamine, 3,5-Dinitro-
2-Amino-3,5-dinitropyridine (2ADNP) is a synthetic compound that has been shown to inhibit the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) by inhibiting the b-Raf kinase. It binds to the acidic region of b-Raf and prevents it from binding to protonated amino acids in its ATP-binding pocket. 2ADNP also inhibits the activity of other kinases, including those that are involved in cellular signal transduction pathways. The incorporation of 2ADNP into cells leads to a reduction in viral production, which is associated with a decrease in the levels of HIV RNA and protein expression. This drug also has antiviral effects against hepatitis C virus, herpes simplex virus type 1, and influenza A virus.
