Informations sur le produit
- 3-Aminoindol-2-Carbohydrazide
3-Amino-1H-indole-2-carbohydrazide is a triazine that inhibits the growth of bacteria by causing DNA mutations. It is also mutagenic, with a high mutagenicity in Salmonella typhimurium TA100 and TA98 strains. 3-Amino-1H-indole-2-carbohydrazide has been shown to be active against Salmonella typhimurium and other strains of bacteria, but not against Escherichia coli or Staphylococcus aureus. 3-Amino-1H-indole-2-carbohydrazide is metabolized by the liver, mainly through microsomal enzymes. This agent has been shown to cause frameshift mutations in the salmonella gene without affecting other genes in the host cell.
