Description

Aromadendrene is a phytochemical that is found in the essential oils of many plants. It has been shown to have antimicrobial properties, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the growth of oral pathogens. Aromadendrene also inhibits mitochondrial membrane potential and may have genotoxic activity. This compound has also been shown to have biological properties including photosynthetic activity and acetate extract from Melaleuca alternifolia, which may be a natural drug.
