Description

1-Amino-11-azido-3,6,9-trioxaundecane is a cell permeable and biodegradable polymer. The polymer has been shown to have transfection activity in vitro and in vivo. It has also been used for the fabrication of nanogels and magnetic particles with a high loading capacity. In addition, it can be activated by acid to form an acidic environment, which is essential for cells to grow.
