The reaction product was purified by column chromatography using n-dimethyl formamide as eluant. The purified product was then hydrolyzed with hydrochloric acid and trifluoroacetic acid to give (S)-4-(4-(5-(aminomethyl)-2-oxooxazolidin-3-yl)phenyl
