• Description: 3-[(Aminocarbonyl)amino]-5-[4-(morpholin-4-ylmethyl)phenyl]thiophene-2-carboxamide is a chemical inhibitor that inhibits the activity of kinases. It has been shown to be cytotoxic against cancer cells and to induce apoptosis through a number of different mechanisms. 3-[(Aminocarbonyl)amino]-5-[4-(morpholin-4-ylmethyl)phenyl]thiophene-2-carboxamide binds to DNA and induces DNA repair, which can lead to cell death. This drug also has an anti-inflammatory effect, which may be due to its ability to inhibit pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNFα and IL1β.
