Description

Acid orange 67 is a synthetic colorant that belongs to the group of dyes. It is used in wastewater treatment and as an indicator for deionized water. Acid orange 67 has been shown to adsorb onto activated carbon, which can be removed by heating or chemical oxidation. The adsorption mechanism of Acid orange 67 is not well understood, but it has been shown that the kinetic data for this compound can be described using linear regression analysis.
