2-(Allyloxy)phenol is a molecule that belongs to the type strain of the genus. It has been shown to have antimicrobial properties against several strains, including some strains of Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Gram-negative bacteria. 2-(Allyloxy)phenol has also been shown to be an effective disinfectant for infectious diseases.
