Description

Akardit II is a high-quality fatty acid that has been purified from animal and vegetable fats. It is a type of polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid, which has functional properties in the synthesis of polyunsaturated omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. Akardit II is an additive that can be used as an emulsifier in food products, such as margarine or butter. Akardit II is also one of many chemical substances that are used to stabilize and modify the surface properties of polymer materials. The stability of Akardit II can be increased by adding stabilizers such as cyclodextrin or modified starch to the reaction mixture. The reaction time for its synthesis can be reduced by increasing the radiation dose or carbon source, such as glucose or glycerol.
