Description :
1-Aminobenzotriazole is a chemical inhibitor of cytochrome P450 that is used in the treatment of various types of cancer. It inhibits the activity of cytochrome P450, an enzyme that is involved in detoxifying xenobiotics and carcinogens. 1-Aminobenzotriazole has been shown to be effective against Candida glabrata, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the activity of cytochrome P450. The drug also has toxicity studies and has been shown to have enzyme activities in vitro.
