Description :AdBrettPhos is a palladium-based ligand that can be used as a linker to form palladium complexes. It has been shown to have therapeutic potential in autoimmune diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, by binding to the toll-like receptor (TLR) and modulating the immune response. AdBrettPhos binds to aromatic hydrocarbons with primary amines, which are molecules that are involved in protein synthesis. It is also able to bind with amines, which are molecules that play an important role in tautomerization reactions and ring structure.
