Description :L-Aspartic acid beta-naphthylamide is a dietary amino acid that is metabolized to oxaloacetate in the liver. This metabolite is then converted to aspartate and glutamate, which are both important for brain functions. L-Aspartic acid beta-naphthylamide has been shown to have regulatory effects on peptide hormones, such as inhibiting the synthesis of angiotensin II and vasopressin in rats.
