Informations sur le produit
- 2-(Aminomethyl)-5-Methylpyrazine 97%
- 1-(5-Methylpyrazin-2-Yl)Methanamine
2-(Aminomethyl)-5-methylpyrazine is a transcription inhibitor that binds to the polymerase binding site of RNA polymerase, thereby inhibiting transcription. It has been shown to be effective in inhibiting the proliferation of bronchial cells, as well as inducing apoptosis. 2-(Aminomethyl)-5-methylpyrazine also inhibits cancer cell growth and induces apoptosis in myeloid leukemia cells. This drug is an organic solvent that can be used in microarray experiments and has been shown to bind to the myeloid receptor. 2-(Aminomethyl)-5-methylpyrazine is a molecule that can be fluorescently labeled with azides for affinity purification and detection purposes. It is also a ligand for the microprocessor apical membrane receptor, which mediates cellular responses to external stimuli.
