• Description: 2-Amino-1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethanol (FEN) is an organic compound that contains a benzene ring. It is the cyclic form of adenosine with a phosphite ester group at the 2' position on the ribose sugar moiety. FEN has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of nerve and muscle phosphodiesterase activity, which leads to an accumulation of cAMP in cells.
