Informations sur le produit
2-Amino-3,4,5-trifluorobenzoic acid (2ATFB) is a benzoxazinone that has been shown to be a strong inhibitor of the enzyme ammonium acetyltransferase. 2ATFB inhibits the synthesis of histamine and other amines in bacteria, which are important for their survival. 2ATFB also inhibits bacterial growth by forming covalent bonds with proteins and nucleic acids, such as DNA and RNA. This compound is also able to form heterocycles with hydrazine or fluorinated compounds.
