Description

Aminodimethylpentafluorophenylsilane is an estrogen receptor antagonist. It is a chemical compound that binds to the estrogen receptors and blocks the activity of estrogens. Aminodimethylpentafluorophenylsilane has been shown to bind to plasma proteins, which may limit its availability in biological systems. It also has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of epoxide hydrolase, which can lead to increased levels of epoxides and reactive oxygen species. Aminodimethylpentafluorophenylsilane has been used as a stabilizer for premarin - a drug that is used in hormone replacement therapy.
