Description :
2-(2-Chloroethoxy)tetrahydro-2H-pyran is an organic compound that is used in the synthesis of many organic compounds. 2-(2-Chloroethoxy)tetrahydro-2H-pyran has been shown to be a good solvent for metal complexes and it has been used in the study of human cervical carcinoma. It was also found to be a good transport agent, which can be attributed to its constant boiling point and high solubility in water. The chemical properties of 2-(2-chloroethoxy)tetrahydro-2H-pyran have also been studied extensively by looking at the effects of temperature, chloride concentration, sulfonation, salt concentrations, and chromophore on its molecular structure.
