Description

2-Benzyloxyethyl amine hydrochloride is a potent anticoagulant that can be used as an alternative to warfarin. It has the same action as warfarin, which is to inhibit the synthesis of vitamin K dependent clotting factors II, VII, IX and X. 2-Benzyloxyethyl amine hydrochloride has been shown to be effective in vitro and can be used for research purposes. It also shows promising results when evaluated against dabigatran etexilate, a thrombin inhibitor widely used in clinical practice. In addition, 2-benzyloxyethyl amine hydrochloride has been shown to have an anticoagulant effect in vivo via animal studies.br>
