Description :
Tert-butyl (4-hydroxycyclohexyl)carbamate is a bioactive compound that is a translation activator. It activates the translation of mRNA into protein by interacting with the 40S ribosomal subunit. Tert-butyl (4-hydroxycyclohexyl)carbamate has been shown to have a number of specificities, and can be used in assays to measure different cellular responses. It is also able to substitute for other molecules, such as cytidine 5'-monophosphate, which has led to further research in its functionality. Tert-butyl (4-hydroxycyclohexyl)carbamate is able to complement cell proliferation and chemotypes.
