Informations sur le produit
- 1-Amino-2-(Boc-amino)cyclohexane
- Tert-Butyl (2-Aminocyclohexyl)Carbamate
Tert-butyl (2-aminocyclohexyl)carbamate is a cell-permeable and potent inhibitor of cellular growth. It inhibits the binding of the growth factor to its receptor, which prevents the activation of downstream signaling pathways. The modification of tert-butyl (2-aminocyclohexyl)carbamate with an imine group significantly increased the inhibitory potency towards malignant cells, which may be due to the increased affinity for factor receptor. Tert-butyl (2-aminocyclohexyl)carbamate has shown activity against platelet-derived growth factor, which is involved in cellular proliferation and differentiation.
