Informations sur le produit
- 1-N-Boc-cis-1,2-cyclohexyldiamine
1-N-Boc-1,2-cis-cyclohexyldiamine is a high affinity κ opioid receptor antagonist that has been shown to have selectivity for the κ opioid receptor over the μ and δ receptors. This drug binds to the κ opioid receptor in the same way as an endogenous peptide ligand, thus blocking its activity. 1-N-Boc-1,2-cis-cyclohexyldiamine has been shown to be selective for κ receptors in molecular modeling studies and also has high affinity for this receptor. Structural factors such as hydrogen bonding between amide groups and hydroxyl groups play a role in binding affinity. The dihydrochloride salt form of this compound is more soluble than the hydrochloride salt form.
