• Description: Benzyl-N, N-diisopropylchlorophosphoramidite is a novel nucleoside phosphoramidite with anticancer activity. It is synthesized from benzyl alcohol and diisopropylamine by reaction with phosphorus oxychloride in the presence of a base. This compound can be used to activate DNA for subsequent coupling reactions or for modification of DNA. Benzyl-N, N-diisopropylchlorophosphoramidite has been shown to have antiviral and antitumour activities in vitro and in vivo.
