Description

3-Benzyloxybenzeneboronic acid is a synthetic molecule that is used in the synthesis of other molecules. It also has potent inhibitory activity against the enzyme DNA-dependent protein kinase and is an optimized inhibitor of this enzyme. 3-Benzyloxybenzeneboronic acid interacts with the boronic acid moiety to form an adduct, which can be used as a substrate for chemical reactions. This compound has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of dna-dependent protein kinase, interacting with the ATP binding site.
