Description :
4-[(3-Bromophenyl)amino]-6,7-dimethoxyquinazoline hydrochloride is a drug that is used to treat children with cancer. It has been shown to promote the growth of cells in culture and to stimulate the production of epidermal growth factor (EGF). The mechanism by which this drug exerts its effects is not well understood. 4-[(3-Bromophenyl)amino]-6,7-dimethoxyquinazoline hydrochloride has been shown to be effective against radiation-resistant cancer cells and may also have a role in lung cell repair.
